Nadanam Constructions (Opc) Privatelimited

Nadanam Constructions is basically run out of our place at No 645 on Avavelalar Street in Melakkadu. It’s an OPC, which means it’s a small operation, but that’s how we like it. We don't have a lot of managers or people in suits. It’s just us getting the work done. Avavelalar Street is where we handle the planning and the phone calls. Melakkadu is a decent place to be based. We do various types of construction work around here. Usually, our days start early and end late, depending on what the weather is doing. We don't use any of those big marketing phrases because they don't really mean much when you’re out on a dusty site. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over a set of drawings. We try to keep our overheads low so we can just focus on the actual building part. It's not always pretty work—there's a lot of mud and sweat involved—but seeing a project come together is worth it. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we plan to stay. There’s no secret to what we do; it’s just hard work and being honest about what can be done. If someone needs a wall built or a house started, they know where to find us on Avavelalar Street. We’re just regular people doing a regular job as best we can.
