Our place, Lexus India, is run by C. Jeya Kumar. We are located at 16/34 on Palace Road in Thuckalay. This is down in the K.K. District of Tamil Nadu. It’s a very specific part of town. Palace Road is a well-known street around here. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. Thuckalay is a nice place to live and work. It’s got that old-town feel that you don't find everywhere. Our office or shop isn’t very big at all. It’s just a regular building among all the others on the street. We don’t really do any big marketing stuff or have a website team. People usually find us by word of mouth or if they happen to be walking down Palace Road and see our sign. The pin code is 629175. It gets rainy here sometimes because we are near the coast but usually it is just sunny and humid. We don’t have a big staff. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs okay during the day. We handle things as they come. No big corporate structure here. We just answer the phones and talk to whoever walks in the door. It’s a very local way of doing things. K.K. District is a good area to be based in. We are happy staying small and manageable. There’s no need for anything more complicated than that. We just show up every day and do what needs doing.
