Djr Builders Private Limited is a small construction outfit located in Nagercoil. Our office is at No: 43A 5/5B on Arul Street, which is tucked inside Scott Nagar. Being down here in Kanyakumari, we deal with a lot of coastal weather, so we have to build things that can stand up to the heavy rains and the salt in the air. We are a small team, mostly local guys who have been in the building trade for a long time. Our office on Arul Street is where we keep all our tools and the ledger books. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when we have to sit down and figure out the costs for a new project. We mostly do residential work, helping families put up a new floor or build a house from the ground up. We don't have a big fancy website or a sales team. Most of our work comes from folks in Scott Nagar or nearby parts of Nagercoil who know us by name. There are always challenges, like when the sand prices go up or the workers are out for a local festival, but we just keep moving along. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Tamil Nadu, just a reliable group of people who know how to mix mortar and lay bricks correctly so the house lasts a lifetime.
