Cape Comorin Resource Foundation

Cape Comorin Resource Foundation is situated at 4/162, Suthanthira Ponvila Nagar in Parvathipuram. That's in Nagercoil, down in the Kanyakumari district. Being at the very tip of the country is interesting. We have been in this part of Tamil Nadu for a good while. Our building is in a residential area, so it’s mostly families living nearby. We deal with resources, which means a lot of different things depending on the day. We collect information and help people find what they need. Our office is simple. We have some wooden tables and a few old computers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Outside, you can usually hear the sounds of the town. Nagercoil is a lively place. We spend a lot of our time going through documents or meeting with locals. We aren't a big organization with a lot of money. We just have a small team that knows the area well. Sometimes we have to travel to different parts of the district to see how things are going. We keep our notes in big folders that are starting to bulge. It’s not the most modern way to do things, but it works for us. We're just a part of the local scene here in Parvathipuram.
