Ssumra Foods & Beverages Private Limited is at House No 225 KA in Hajiganj Kala. We are right near the Haji Rais factory in Kannauj. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. We work on food and drink items in our own small facility. It’s not a giant factory like some of our neighbors. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own here in town. The house is a bit of a mix of living space and workspace, so there are always boxes of bottles in the hallways. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers from the street. We do all the bottling and labeling ourselves. Sometimes the labels aren't perfectly straight, but they show what's inside. We don't use any fancy marketing language to sell our stuff. We just let the products speak for themselves when people try them. Kannauj is a good place for this kind of work because everyone knows about plants and scents. We spend our days making sure the batches are right and that the deliveries get out to the local shops. It’s a lot of physical work and the days are long. We don't have any big secrets. We are just a local family business trying to make a name for ourselves in our own way.
