Kalishankar Export

Kalishankar Export is over at No. 034 Mohalla Farsh Road. We are pretty close to the State Bank of India branch here in Kannauj City. It’s a handy landmark for people trying to find us. This street has a lot of history, and we’ve been part of it for some time. We don’t do anything too fancy. Most of our work is just dealing with the exports that come through here. The office is small, and we have to keep everything tidy just to have enough room to walk around. It gets quite busy on the road outside, especially on market days. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we get our morning chai. It’s a local business, just like us. We don’t have a corporate board or investors to worry about. We just worry about the cargo and making sure it gets where it’s going. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we put a bucket there and keep moving. Kannauj is famous for many things, and we just do our part here in Mohalla Farsh. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when nothing seems to go right. But we’ve stayed here because it’s home. We know the bank staff and the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a community. It feels right to be doing business in this part of town.
