Harsh Enterprises

We are located in the town of Chokhi Mustafabad. Our shop is near Bal Choraha, right in the heart of the tehsil. Harsh Enterprises is what we call our business, but most people just know us by our names. We deal with various supplies that people in town need. It’s a small place with shelves reaching up to the ceiling. We have to use a ladder for almost everything. Chokhi Mustafabad is a tight-knit community, so we see the same people every week. It’s not just a shop, it’s where we hear all the news too. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Just the door and the goods inside. We’ve been here since I was a lot younger. My father started it and I just took over. We don't do things very fast, but we get them done right. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck near the choraha because the road is narrow. We all have to go out and help. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sell what people need, and close up when it gets dark. It’s just a normal local business. Sometimes the ceiling leaks a little when the monsoon is heavy, so we have to move the bags around. We keep a cat in the shop to keep the mice away from the grain. It's a bit of a dusty place but it's honest.
