J. K. Tyre & Industries Ltd.

Our setup is located in Room Number 8 of the Bachelor Hostel within Jaykaygram. This is over in Kankroli, in the Rajsamand district of Rajasthan. It’s a bit different because we are right there on the company grounds. It isn't a fancy office building with glass walls. It’s a simple room where we handle our side of things for J. K. Tyre & Industries Ltd. The hostel is usually pretty quiet during the day when everyone is out working. We have a couple of desks, some chairs, and our files squeezed into the space. It’s practical and keeps us close to the main action. The weather in Rajasthan can be quite harsh, so we have thick curtains to keep the sun out. Sometimes the plumbing in the hostel acts up, but that’s just life here. We don't have a big team in this particular room. It’s mostly just a few of us keeping track of things. We walk over to the main plant when we need to check on something. Jaykaygram is like its own little town. We’ve got everything we need close by. There’s no need for anything flashy when the work is straightforward. We start our days early before the heat gets too bad. It’s a humble place to work, but it suits us just fine. We just focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else. It's a busy environment but we've found our own rhythm here.
