Raghulila Suncity

Raghulila Suncity is located out on Bhilwara Road. If you drive out that way, you’ll see it’s a bit more open than the center of town. We spend a lot of our time outdoors on the land rather than sitting behind a desk. Our office on-site is just a small, functional building where we keep our documents and have meetings. It’s often dusty because of the wind and the construction work going on nearby. We usually have maps spread out over the main table and some plastic chairs for when visitors come to ask about the property. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We wear sturdy shoes and clothes that can handle a bit of dirt. The sun can be quite strong out here, so we have a water cooler that gets a lot of use. We’ve been working on this project for a while now, seeing how the area slowly develops. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure everything is moving along. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by seeing the signs on the road or hearing from others who have bought land here. It’s a straightforward business. We show people the plots, talk about the plans, and handle the paperwork. It’s a quiet life out on Bhilwara Road, away from the traffic of the city, and we prefer it that way.
