Vandana Global Ltd, Raipur

Our location is a bit further out, over in Kapsi. It is in the Kanker district, specifically North Bastar. To get here, you have to follow the road through the village area until you reach the post office. We are right there. It is a much different vibe than being in a big city like Raipur. Things move a bit slower here, which we don't mind at all. The air is a bit cleaner and it is quieter for the most part. The office itself is a basic structure. It is built for work, not for show. We have what we need to keep things running every day. Being in Chhattisgarh, we get a lot of greenery around us during the monsoon season. The rain can be pretty heavy, sometimes making the roads a bit muddy, but we manage to get in. Most of the people working here are locals from the nearby villages. We know the area well. It is a long way from the big corporate hubs, but we like it that way. We don't have fancy cafes nearby, so we usually bring our lunch from home and eat together at the big table. It is a very grounded way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and the logistics from this small office. It might seem remote to some folks, but it is the center of our operations. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else.
