Dnyan Laxshmi Developer has an office in the Mnor Shilpa Apartment. We are situated near the Jalalai Bridge, right along the Mumbai Goa Highway in Kankroli. It is a very busy area because of all the cars and trucks heading toward the coast. Our office is just a regular apartment room that we converted so we could have a place to meet and look at plans. It is not a big corporate building. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, but this is where we keep all the files and the computer. Being near the highway makes it easy for us to get to our projects in the surrounding area. Kankroli is growing quite a bit, so there is always some new construction happening. We are just a local team trying to build things right. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of materials everywhere. We don't have any receptionists or anything like that. If we are in, the door is usually open. We just talk to people plainly about what can be done with their land or buildings. It is a lot of driving back and forth, but we like being based near the bridge. It is a simple setup for a local developer. We try to keep the coffee pot full for when people drop by to discuss their housing ideas. We have been here for a while and like being part of Kankroli.
