Yohan Constructions is run out of house number 112/1 in Jawahar Nagar, Mandi. This is where Ranbir Chand Kapoor lives, so the office is basically part of a home. It’s a quiet residential street, which is a nice change from the crowded markets in the middle of town. We’ve been handling construction work around this area for a few years now. It’s a small, family-style operation. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few reliable workers who know how to lay bricks properly and mix the mortar so it actually holds. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who have seen what we did for their friends or relatives. We take on jobs like fixing up old houses, building walls, or doing small renovations. We don't use any fancy high-tech equipment, just the same basic tools that builders have used for a long time. Sometimes there are delays with getting sand or gravel delivered, and we just have to be honest with the client and tell them it will take another day. That’s just the way things go in a small town. We try to be fair and do a solid job so that we don't have people coming back to complain later on. It’s a local business and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation; we just want to keep building things here in Mandi.
