Shree Bala Ji Hospital

Our hospital is called Shree Bala Ji Hospital and we are situated in Balaji Vihar. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been here since the area started growing. The hospital itself isn't a massive skyscraper, just a solid building that fits into the street. Balaji Vihar is a place where families live, so we see everyone from kids to the elderly. We have our daily routines. The morning starts with checking on everyone and then the walk-ins start arriving. It can get a bit chaotic when several people show up at once. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with TVs or anything. Just some benches and a water cooler. The hallway is a bit long and can feel a bit dim on cloudy days. We try to keep things simple. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the regular patients who live just down the street. It feels more like a community spot than a big institution. Sometimes the paperwork gets behind because we’re busy talking to someone. That’s fine, we catch up eventually. The area of Balaji Vihar is pretty quiet compared to the main city, which is nice. We just stay focused on what needs to be done each day. People know the name Shree Bala Ji Hospital and they know we are right here in the neighborhood if they need us. It's just a regular part of life around this part of town for us.
