We are situated in V.P.O Bhagotla, which is in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. It’s a beautiful area with the hills all around, but it’s definitely not like being in a big city office. We’ve been here for a long time. Our work revolves around glass and various construction materials that people need for their homes. Since we’re in a village area, pretty much everyone knows who we are and what we do. We don't need a fancy website or social media to get our customers. People just stop by the shop or call us up when they’re building a new house or fixing an old one. The pace of life is a bit slower here, which suits us just fine. Sometimes it’s hard to get supplies delivered up here because of the winding mountain roads, especially when it snows in the winter or during the heavy monsoon rains. We just try to plan ahead as best as we can. Our shop isn't very big, but it’s got enough room for what we need to keep in stock. We spend a lot of time just talking to the folks who come in to visit. It’s a friendly way to do business. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. It’s just us in Himachal, doing our thing every day. We’re proud to be part of the local community here.
