Rohit Dhiman Co. is located in Village Hodal, near Sheela Chowk in District Kangra. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay plenty busy. We are based out of the P.S. Him Foods premises. Living and working here in Kangra means we are surrounded by hills, and the air is a bit fresher, though it gets very cold in the winter months. Our day starts early because that’s just how things are done in the village. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff and making sure the food products are moving through the supply chain properly. It’s not always easy, especially when the roads are blocked or the weather turns bad. We have a small crew and most of us have known each other since we were kids. There isn't much formality here at all. We talk over tea and figure out the day’s plan as we go. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but the actual work of moving goods and checking quality gets done right. We like being part of the local community here in Sidhpur. It feels good to know that the work we do helps the local economy in our own small way. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who show up and do the job.
