Realworld Welfare Foundation

We are located in Jaswan, right near the Bathu Tipri Govt. School. It is a small area in Gram Panchayat Ujhe, within the Kangra district. Our foundation, Realworld Welfare Foundation, is basically just a few of us working from this spot. Being close to the school is helpful because everyone knows where that is. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have a simple room with some desks and a lot of papers. Most of our time is spent talking to the locals and seeing what’s needed in the village. Kangra is a quiet place for the most part, though it gets a bit busy when school lets out. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just do things the old-fashioned way. If someone needs something, they usually just walk in and ask. It can be a bit disorganized at times, but we manage to get the important stuff done. We aren’t trying to be the biggest organization out there. We just want to be a helpful part of the panchayat. Living and working here means we know our neighbors and they know us. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but we just keep at it. We are just a group of people from the area trying to be useful in our own small way.
