We are situated in Ward 1 of Village Kachhiari. Our office for Qmii India LLP is just a basic room in the village where we handle our business. It isn't a place with a lot of traffic or big city lights. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the birds or the occasional tractor passing by outside. We chose to be in Kachhiari because it’s where we are from, and it’s a quiet place to get things done without too many distractions. Inside, you’ll find a couple of desks, some chairs, and our computers. We spend our days working on various business processes and keeping our records in order. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People in the village know us, and sometimes someone will stop by just to say hello or ask what we are working on. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. If we need to talk about something, we just sit around the main desk. We keep our language simple and our work straightforward. There’s no need for big corporate talk when you’re working from a village ward. We just want to do our part and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a humble way to work, but it feels right for us. We start early and finish when the work allows, taking things one day at a time here in Ward 1.
