Our office is located on Bhangsu Road in McLeod Ganj, right across from the Tibet Hotel. It’s a steep walk up the hill, but we’ve been here for quite a while now. Being in Dharamshala, we see a lot of people passing through, and our job is mostly to help them figure out their travel plans. It’s a small room, filled with maps and a few old chairs for people to sit while we talk. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the basics—getting cars ready, checking the weather, and making sure the drivers are on time. The area around Bhangsu Road is always lively, so there’s never a quiet moment. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to folks who walk in off the street. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage to keep everything moving. We know these hills like the back of our hands, so we just give practical advice based on what we see every day. It’s a simple operation run by local people who have lived here forever. We don’t make big promises; we just try to be reliable and get the work done so people can enjoy their time in the mountains. The view from the doorstep isn't half bad, even with all the cars going by, and there's always a stray dog or two sleeping nearby in the sun. It’s just how we do things here.
