Opsm Pvt Ltd. is tucked away in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Our office is at number 5, Brijeshwari Vihar. Being up here in the hills is a lot different than working in a big city like Delhi or Mumbai. The air is cleaner, but things move a bit slower too. Brijeshwari Vihar is a quiet spot, and our office reflects that. We aren't in a massive commercial complex; it’s more of a localized building that suits our needs. We handle a lot of the administrative and management side of the company from here. There are days when the weather is so nice we just leave the windows open to catch the breeze, though in the winter it gets quite cold and we're all huddled around small heaters. The team is small, mostly locals who have been with us for a while. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers given our location, so it's usually just us working through our lists. We take our tea breaks seriously and usually chat about what's going on in the town. It’s a very grounded way to run a private limited company. We don't have glossy brochures or a lobby with a big logo. It’s just a house-like office where we keep our records and manage our day-to-day business. It’s a peaceful place to work, and we prefer it that way over the noise of the plains. It's just a normal office in a beautiful part of the world.
