We had to arrange chairs, set up the microphones, and make sure everyone had tea during the breaks. The Rggpg Ayurveda College & Hospital is a large site, so people were always getting lost trying to find the right seminar room. Even now, the place has that same busy feel. We have students and patients coming in and out all day. The mountains are right there in the background, which is a nice view when things get stressful. Paprola is a small place, so an event like that conference was a big deal for us. We didn't have fancy planners; we just did the work ourselves. The building has that sturdy, government-style look to it. It’s functional and serves the people who live in this part of India. We just keep things running as best as we can. It took effort to coordinate everything that year.
