Montessori Holidays

Our office is located near the Isbt Bus Stand in Dharamshala, which is a pretty loud and busy part of town. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. Montessori Holidays isn’t a huge company with a bunch of branches; it’s just us here working near the station. We spend a lot of our time dealing with people who just got off a bus and need to figure out their next move. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and trying to find the best way for someone to spend their holiday time without wasting it. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people who come through the door. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather, and other days we barely have time to eat lunch because so many people are asking about tours. Being so close to the bus stand means we see everyone, from backpackers to families. We’ve learned to be quick with the paperwork. It’s a practical business. We focus on the things that matter, like making sure the car shows up on time or the hotel booking actually went through. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. It’s just regular work for us, helping people navigate their way around Dharamshala and the mountains nearby. The hills keep us on our toes every single day.
