Last Chance Tour & Travels

We are located right in the heart of Mc Lod Ganj. The name Last Chance Tour & Travels usually gets a few looks, but it’s just what we call the place. Operating a travel shop in Dharamshala means things are always moving. One minute it’s quiet and we’re just drinking chai, and the next minute five people walk in wanting to go to different places. We handle a bit of everything, from local taxi runs to longer trips. The roads around here can be tricky, so we spend a lot of time making sure the drivers are prepared for the mountain curves. Our office is simple, nothing fancy to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We don’t spend money on big posters or slick brochures. Most people find us because they’re walking past or someone told them we could help. It gets loud outside with the tourists and the honking, but that’s just life in Mc Lod Ganj. We try to be honest about how long a trip will take because the mountain traffic doesn’t care about your plans. It’s just a regular local business. We show up, we answer the phones, and we try to get people where they need to go. There’s no secret to it, just a lot of hard work and knowing the local area well enough to give decent advice. We've seen all sorts of travelers come and go through these doors over the years.
