Our place is called KG House and it’s right near the Neugal Cafe in Palampur. If you’ve ever walked around the Bundla Tea Estate, you’ve probably passed by our area. It’s a beautiful spot, though we don’t spend much time looking at the views when there is work to do. KGR Developers & Broker LLP handles property stuff and development projects around Kangra. The office is simple. We have our files and we drink a lot of tea. Being a broker and a developer means we talk to a lot of people every day. Some days it’s about land, other days it’s about some building project. We don’t use big words to explain things. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't. The tea estate is right there, so the air is usually fresh, which is nice when things get stressful. We’ve been operating out of Palampur for a bit. It’s a local operation. We know the roads and the people here. We don’t have a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the paperwork for the land takes longer than we want, but that is how it goes here. We try to be honest about the timelines. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the Kangra community. We are usually at the office if we aren't out looking at a site. We just do the work.
