Hunter Telicoms

Down in Depot Bazar in Dharamshala, you’ll find us at H No. 519. We go by the name Hunter Telicoms. Being in the Kangra district means we have a pretty nice view, though we’re usually too busy to look at it much. We handle phone stuff and telecom needs for people around here. It’s a small shop, not one of those big fancy stores you see in the cities. We’ve got cables, some hardware, and tools lying around most of the time. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but that’s normal for Dharamshala. We’ve been at this address for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. If your phone line is acting up or you need some help with your connection, you come here. We try to fix things as fast as we can. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to come up from the plains, which can take a few days. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a family-style business atmosphere. We know most of our customers by name. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just open up in the morning, drink some chai, and see who needs help that day. That’s life at 176215, just keeping the lines open and helping out where we can without making things more complicated than they need to be.
