Our business, Gruha Sanghamithra Buildcon, is located right at House Number 1 in Lohna Heights, which is part of the Bundla Tea Estate. It’s a nice area with a lot of greenery around. We focus on building and construction projects specifically in this part of Lohna village. Our setup is pretty modest. We aren't a giant corporation; we’re just a local business trying to make our way in the building trade. Being near the tea estate means we get to work in a really pretty environment, though the rain can sometimes slow things down. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just show up and do the work that’s required. Whether it’s fixing up an old place or starting something new from the ground up, we handle the day-to-day tasks. We have a small group of workers who know the area well. Most of our tools are kept nearby so we can get to sites quickly. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People mostly find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen our name on a site. It’s a quiet way of doing things, but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the community here. Building homes and structures in a place like this feels right. It’s practical work for practical people, and that’s about all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and finish the job.
