Brixvale Estates is tucked away in VPO Chari, which is part of the Shahpur tehsil in Kangra. We are based out of Rajini Soni’s place here in Himachal Pradesh. It’s a beautiful part of the country, very different from the big cities. We deal with estates and property matters around the Kangra valley. Things move a bit slower up here, and we like it that way. It’s more about knowing the land and the local people. We started this because we wanted to help people navigate the property market in this region without all the usual headaches. It’s mostly just us chatting with neighbors and helping out with estate details. The office isn't anything special, just a quiet spot where we can get the paperwork sorted. Living and working in the mountains means you have to be ready for anything, from heavy rains to blocked roads. We don't have a big marketing department. People usually find us because they know someone we’ve helped before. Kangra is a close-knit community, so your reputation is everything. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. Whether someone is looking for land or needs help managing their estate, we just give them the facts as we know them.
