Nagrota Bagwan has this specific feel, especially in Phase 1 of the Industrial Area where Ayush Pharmaceuticals & Marketing Division is tucked away. Most days here start with the sound of trucks pulling up to unload or take things out. It’s not a fancy office by any means. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the crates are stacked right so nothing breaks. The air in the industrial zone gets a bit heavy sometimes, but we keep the fans going. We have a small crew and everyone just gets on with their tasks without much fuss. There’s a tea stall just down the road that everyone goes to around eleven. It’s where most of the gossip happens about which road is blocked or if the rain is coming early. Being in the marketing side too, there’s always a lot of phone calls. People wanting to know where their order is or asking if we have certain things in stock. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do things the old way with pens and ledgers. It feels like a real community here because we all know the other folks working in the nearby sheds. We aren't doing anything flashy, just moving products and keeping the business ticking along in our corner of No. 32. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun sets over the hills. We don't really have many visitors who aren't drivers or delivery guys, so it was a surprise when someone asked about us.
