You can find An Holidays right near the Surya Hotel in Mcleod Ganj. It’s a good spot, though parking around here is always a bit of a nightmare. We’ve been running things from this little office for a while. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away on the computer. We don’t try to act like we’re some big international firm. We’re just local people who know this part of Dharamshala well. If you walk into our office, you’ll see we keep things pretty basic. There are some old chairs and a lot of files. We focus on getting the details right for people who want to see the area. The weather changes fast in Mcleod Ganj, so we’re always checking if the roads are clear or if the trek up the hill is safe. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to it. We don’t use fancy slogans to get people in. Usually, people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else. We enjoy the work, even when it’s stressful during the peak season. It’s nice to meet people from all over and help them find their way around the mountains. We just try to be helpful and keep the prices fair. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. We like being part of the community here.
