Sri Balaji Salt Industry

Our business, Sri Balaji Salt Industry, is located at 5-44 in Motumala Village, which is part of the Kothapatnam area. We work with salt, and being in a village like Motumala, things are pretty slow and quiet. We like it that way. We don't have a big office building or a corporate headquarters. Our work happens mostly outdoors or in the simple sheds we use for storage. The sun here is very strong, which is actually good for the salt, even if it makes the work a bit tiring. We are just a small group of local people who know how to harvest and pack salt. It’s a job that involves a lot of lifting and standing in the heat. We don't have a fancy website or any marketing people. Most of our customers are people from around Kothapatnam or the neighboring villages. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we don't plan on changing much. We aren't trying to be some huge company. We just want to do our work properly and make sure the salt is clean and ready for sale. Sometimes the rain causes problems for us, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very grounded, practical life. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We’re just the salt people from Motumala, and we’re happy with that. We just focus on the daily chores and keep things moving as they always have.
