Medicine Centre

Our place is called Medicine Centre and we are located right here in Kandi. It’s not a huge town, so most people know where we are. We’ve been operating in Kandi for quite some time now. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a door and some windows with glass cases inside. We keep the medicines stacked up behind the counter. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days everyone seems to come at once. We don't use any big computers for everything, mostly just paper and pens for the notes. The town of Kandi has its own pace and we just follow that. Usually, we open up in the morning after breakfast and stay open until the sun goes down. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the road, so we are always wiping down the glass. We try to keep a good variety of things on the shelves so people don't have to go far. It is a quiet life running Medicine Centre. We know most of the faces that walk in. Sometimes we run out of something and have to wait for the truck to come in from the bigger city. That's just how it works in a place like this. We are just a local shop doing what needs to be done every day in Kandi. It keeps us busy and we like the routine.
