Kendriya Vidyalaya

We are located over at 1, Gudari in the Kandhamal area. It's been quite a while since the school started running here. People around here know us as the local central school. Most of the staff live nearby, so we are part of the community. The building isn't fancy, but it does the job for the kids who come here every morning. You’ll see students in their uniforms walking down the road early in the day. We have the usual classrooms, a playground that gets a bit dusty in summer, and some trees for shade. It gets pretty quiet once the final bell rings in the afternoon. Sometimes the weather in Kandhamal makes things tricky, especially when the rains are heavy, but we manage. We handle the daily lessons, organize the basic events, and try to keep things moving along according to the schedule we get. There’s always someone in the office if a parent needs to drop off a form or ask about the bus. It’s a busy place during the term. We don't have a big PR team or anything like that, just teachers and office folks trying to keep the school year on track. Sometimes the gate needs a bit of oil, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the atmosphere is mostly friendly. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of running a school in this part of Odisha.
