We’ve been here at Hatapada in Phulbani for quite some time now. It’s a quiet spot in the Kandhamal district, and most people around here know where our place is. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s mostly just us handling the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order before we head home. The office has a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine for us. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually just walk in because they’ve heard about us from a neighbor or someone else in town. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it suits the way life goes here in Phulbani. We spend a lot of time talking to the folks who drop by, catching up on local news while we handle the paperwork. There’s always something to do, whether it’s sorting through files or making sure the place is swept up. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. It feels more like a small family than a business most of the time. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
