Our office is located at No 15 in the Masilamni Annex of Sri Kamatchi Avenue, over in Mangadu. Our office is tucked away in a quieter part of the area, which is how we like it. We handle export and import work, which basically means we are always busy with paperwork and logistics. Mangadu is mostly known for its big temple, but there are more businesses like ours opening up here lately. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a small office space in the annex where we keep our records and handle our daily calls. We spend a lot of time talking to transport companies and clearing agents to make sure everything is on track. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps us on our toes. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We’ve been at this address for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We don't use any corporate talk or have big meetings. We just sit down and get the work done. Every day there’s a new challenge, whether it’s a delay at the port or a document that needs fixing. We just handle it as it comes. Sri Kamatchi Avenue is a decent place to be based. It gives us enough room to work without the constant noise of the main city. We focus on being practical and reliable in our trade business. It’s a simple operation and we are happy staying right here for now.
