Velanmai Agro Foods Private Limited

Our office is over on Pillaiyar Koil Street in Kilampakkam. If you know Urapakkam, you probably know where the temple is. We are right there at No. 27, on the first floor. Velanmai Agro Foods Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. We are just a small team working out of this space in Kancheepuram district. The street gets quite busy during festival times because of the temple, but otherwise, it's just a normal neighborhood. We handle agro foods, so there is always something to do with the seasons and what's coming in from the farms. Working from the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice. We aren't really into big marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just do our work, manage our accounts, and talk to our suppliers. It can get a bit dusty and the stairs are a little steep, but it works for us. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to keep track of everything. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. People here know each other, and it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We just keep our heads down and keep the agro food business going as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss.
