Our place is right on Cholambedu Main Road, just across from Cherish Hospital. If you know where the Golden Super Market is, then you’ve probably walked right past us without thinking twice. We’ve been set up here in Thirumullaivoyal for a bit, dealing with all sorts of skin issues that people bring in. It's a small space, nothing too flashy or fancy. Most days it's just people coming in for rashes, acne, or maybe some hair stuff they're worried about. We have the usual equipment for skin treatments, though it isn't some high-tech lab you'd see in a movie. Just a practical clinic for local people. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic on the main road, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to talk. We spend a lot of time just looking at skin under the light and trying to figure out what’s going on. It’s steady work and we like it that way. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded on Saturdays, so people end up chatting while they wait for their turn. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; mostly folks just find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them to come here. It’s just us trying to help people feel a bit better about their skin. There’s no big mystery to it. We keep our tools clean and our eyes open for whatever comes in through the door. If it's a skin problem, we probably have seen it before.
