Our office is at No.94, Annai Illam, on Krishna Nagar in the Mooverasampet area of Madipakkam. It’s right here in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The building is called Annai Illam, and it’s a pretty standard spot in a residential-feeling neighborhood. We handle communication services, which means we spend most of our time dealing with technical setups and making sure the data flows right. The office is a bit small, and we’ve got desks squeezed in wherever they fit. It gets really humid in Chennai, so the air conditioning is usually running full blast, though it doesn't always keep up. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We aren't big on formalities. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us in casual clothes trying to figure out a cable problem or talking to someone on a headset. The street outside can get noisy with bikes and vendors, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on the daily logs and the maintenance work that needs to happen. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy sign or a polished reception desk. We just have what we need to work. Some days are long, especially if there is a big outage to fix, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a solid, everyday job that keeps us on our toes.
