Our office is situated at 43 Poonamallee High Road in Ekkaduthangal. If you know Chennai, you know how busy this road gets at almost any hour of the day. We do property development services, but it’s mostly just us working through the logistics of building projects around the city. The humidity here can be brutal, so the office AC is usually running full blast while we sort through files. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of maps of the local areas. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or driving out to check on progress at various sites. Ekkaduthangal is a good spot for us because it’s central to a lot of the growth happening in Chennai. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big marketing team. Most of the people we work with just know us by word of mouth or because they saw our sign on the road. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a deadline, and other times we head out early to beat the evening rush. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on getting the property stuff sorted without making things more complicated than they need to be. There is always something new to learn about the land here.
