We’ve been here in Manapakkam for a while now, right on Sri Ramachandra Mission Road. Our office is on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs past the Canara Bank ATM to find us. It gets a bit busy around here with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Most days are spent sitting at the desks looking at sketches for houses or figuring out how to fix up the outside of a building so it handles the Chennai sun better. We deal with both the inside rooms and the exterior parts of homes. It isn't anything fancy, just a lot of measuring and talking to people about what they want for their walls or floors. Sometimes we are out on site and other times we are here just shuffling papers and samples around. The space isn't huge but it fits our team and all the stuff we need to keep track of. People usually find us because of the ATM downstairs or because they live nearby in the neighborhood. We don't have a big front desk or anything, just a spot where we work on these projects. It’s mostly about getting the job done without too much fuss. We try to keep things simple and clear when we explain how a renovation might go. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or talk about the next day's schedule. It’s just how things are here in this part of town.
