Srushti Architects & Interior Designers

Our place, Srushti Architects & Interior Designers, is on the first floor over at 3/237 on Sriram Chandra Mission Road. We are located right across from the Patia Garden Apartments in Porur. It is a good location because people can find us easily without getting lost in the backstreets. We do a mix of designing the actual structure of buildings and then doing the inside work too. It is mostly residential stuff, like helping people plan out their homes or just fixing up an old kitchen to make it more useful for a growing family. We spend a lot of time looking at samples of granite and wood. It is not always easy to get everything to match up perfectly, but we try our best. We are not a big firm with a bunch of fancy marketing or sales people. Most of our work comes from people in Porur or nearby who saw something we did for a neighbor and liked it. We have a lot of drawings pinned to the walls and rolls of paper sitting in every corner. Sometimes we are out at construction sites getting dusty in the heat, and other times we are here at our desks. We just like the challenge of taking a space and making it work better for the people living there. It is hard work, but we enjoy seeing the final result. We just keep moving from one job to the next.
