Srm Foundation

The Srm Foundation is located at 24 Gn Chetty Road. If you know T. Nagar in Chennai, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is right on the main stretch. It is a lot of traffic and people all day long. The building is one of those standard ones you see all over this part of the city. We have been at this address for a good bit now. Inside, it is just a normal office. We have our desks pushed together and a small area for guests to sit down. It is usually a bit of a mess with all the documents we have to sort through. We do not really have a lot of time for making things look pretty. We are mostly focused on getting through the daily list of tasks. The sound of the buses on Gn Chetty Road is something we have just learned to ignore. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It is just how things go in the city. We get a lot of mail and a lot of visitors because of where we are. It is a handy location for everyone but it is definitely not a quiet one. We just do our work and head home when the sun goes down, like everyone else around here. Sometimes we stay late to finish the filing, but we try to get out before the traffic gets too bad.
