Mediko Foot Care

Mediko Foot Care is situated at No. 5/2 Sriram Nagar, right near the DLF IT Park in Ramapuram. Because of the IT park, there are always a lot of people around, which makes the area feel very busy. We focus on footwear and insoles for people who have trouble with their feet or find it hard to walk long distances. The shop is quite small and it is filled with different types of materials and shoe molds. It is more of a workshop than a store. I have been working with feet for many years, so I have seen just about every kind of problem you can imagine. We do not have a big staff, just me and a young man who helps with the cutting and gluing. We take a lot of measurements and then try to make something that helps the person feel better when they walk. It is slow work and you cannot really speed it up. The traffic in Ramapuram is usually very bad in the mornings and evenings, so we see a lot of people who are just stopping by on their way home. We do not have any polished marketing materials or a fancy interior. It is just a practical place where we try to solve problems. Most of our customers come to us because a doctor or a neighbor suggested they try our shop. That is fine with us and we stay busy.
