We are over here in Chennai, specifically in the 603209 area. Sri Sarveshwara Properties Pvt Ltd is a small team and we spend most of our days dealing with land and local housing stuff. It started out with Senthil Kumaran and his wife, and we’ve just kept going from there. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maps and papers scattered on the desks. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone on the phone trying to figure out a boundary line or talking to a contractor. Chennai is always hot, so the fan is always on high speed while we work through the paperwork. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular office where we sit down and get things done. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the neighborhood changes, while other days everyone is rushing out to look at a plot of land before the sun goes down. We’ve seen the roads around here change a lot over the years. People come in asking about prices or just to see what’s available nearby. We try to keep track of everything in our big ledgers. It’s a lot of manual work but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just us answering the door and helping out whoever walks in from the street looking for a bit of property help.
