Sri Paamban Interior

Our shop, Sri Paamban Interior, is located over in Kandanchavadi on Sri Saibaba Street. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city center, but being near the Apollo Hospital and the OMR tollgate makes it easy for people to find us once they get close. The street can get a bit narrow with parked bikes, so you have to keep an eye out for the sign. Inside, it usually smells like sawdust or paint because we’re always messing with something. We aren't the type to sit in suits all day. Most of us have some dust on our clothes by noon. We work on cupboards, kitchens, and whatever else needs doing inside a house. It gets busy around here, especially with all the IT offices nearby. Sometimes the noise from the OMR traffic is a lot, but once we’re focused on a design, we don't notice it much. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for years. We don’t really do fancy meetings with slides. Usually, we just sit around the main table and draw things out on a pad of paper until it looks right. Dealing with wood and hardware is what we know. It’s simple work but it takes time to get the measurements spot on. People stop by to ask questions or check on their orders, and we just tell it like it is. It's just a regular workplace doing our best with every project.
