Sri Balaji High Class Veg Restaurant

You can find Sri Balaji High Class Veg Restaurant at number 214 on G S T Road in Tambaram West. This is a very busy part of town and the road outside is almost never empty. We are right near the Tambaram HO which makes it easy for people to find us if they are in the neighborhood. The restaurant is a simple place with plain tables and chairs because we think the food is more important than the decor. We open up very early in the morning to get the sambar and the chutney ready for the breakfast crowd. You can hear the sound of the dosa tawa scraping from the moment we open the shutters. It is a lot of work keeping up with the people coming off the trains and buses. The staff here has been with us for a long time and they know exactly how the regulars like their coffee. We don't have any corporate slogans or a big history wall. We are just a vegetarian spot where you can get a quick meal without any fuss. Sometimes the floor gets a bit wet when it rains or the power goes out for a few minutes but we just keep going. We buy our vegetables from the local market every day and we don't like wasting anything. It is just a normal restaurant for the local community and we hope people enjoy what they eat here.
