Sree Karmik

We've been at No F1 on 6th Street in Mambakkam for a while now. It's a quiet spot in Sudarsan Nagar, not too far from the VIT Campus. People around here usually find us easily because of the university nearby. We started Sree Karmik just to handle local projects and keep things simple. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much, but back here in our lane, it stays calm enough to get stuff done. We aren’t a big fancy firm or anything. It's just a few of us working out of this space in Chennai. We spend most of our mornings looking over plans and taking calls from people in the neighborhood. Usually, someone is always in the office if you drop by, though we do head out for site visits pretty often. The 600048 zip code has changed quite a bit since we first moved in. New buildings are going up everywhere around Mambakkam, so it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on finishing what’s on our desk today. There’s no huge corporate ladder here. If you call, you’re just talking to one of us directly. We try to keep our tools organized and our schedules somewhat on track, even when things get hectic. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being part of this local community near the campus. It’s just how we do things every day.
