We’ve been over here at 1/523 Oggiyam Thoraipakam for a while now. It’s right on Old Mahabalipuram Road, which everyone knows gets pretty busy during the day. Most people just call us Spasa Spares & Services when they drop by. It’s a decent spot. We spend a lot of our time sorting through the parts and making sure things are where they need to be. There’s always some noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few months. The shop isn’t fancy or anything like those big glass buildings further down the road. It’s just us working. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, and the shelves are always full. We handle the spare parts and try to get the service stuff done without too much fuss. People come in from the main road, and we just chat about what they need. It’s a simple routine. We start in the morning, open up the shutters, and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually go when we need a break. It’s not a complicated setup here. We’re just local people doing our jobs at 1/523. If you’re driving down OMR, you’ve probably passed us dozens of times without thinking much of it. We like being part of the neighborhood here in Thoraipakam. It’s got a good mix of everything, from the small stalls to the large offices.
