Spade Lifespaces

Our office is at No: 9 Gandhi Road in Anna Nagar, Pammal. We are quite close to the Annai Velaganni School. If you live in the Pammal area, you probably know the spot. Spade Lifespaces is the name of our business. It is a local office where we handle real estate and different building projects. Chennai is expanding really fast in this direction because it is so close to the airport. Our office is pretty basic inside. We have some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. It is a practical workspace for us. We do not go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We are usually busy talking to people about plots of land or checking on new constructions. It involves a lot of legwork, visiting different sites and making sure things are moving along. The traffic on Gandhi Road can get a bit heavy, especially when school is starting or finishing for the day. We have been working in this part of town for a while. We know the local rules and how things actually work on the ground here. We are not a giant developer with thousands of staff. We are just a small team that understands the area. We do not make big claims. We just show people what is available and help them through the paperwork.
