You can find us at 36, M P A Colony in Ramapuram. It is a quieter area compared to the main city center. We like it that way. Sikandhar & Co. has been here for several years. The building is a simple residential-style structure that we have converted for our use. We have a small yard in the front where a few trees grow. It gives a bit of shade during the summer. Inside, the rooms are divided up into small work areas. It’s not a big open-plan office. It feels more like a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry about having a fancy lobby. We just have some chairs and a table for when people do drop by. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses. You hear kids playing in the street sometimes in the evening. It’s a very grounded place. We do our work without making much noise. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so they walk or bike to the office. We don't have any big corporate rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home. It’s a practical setup. We’ve got everything we need right here at number 36. We don't see any reason to move somewhere flashier when this works just fine for us and our neighbors.
