The street is usually pretty busy, and finding a place to park can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have a very basic setup here. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our records and handle the day-to-day tasks of the construction business. There aren't any big posters or fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly it’s just calendars and project charts. We’ve been at this Malligai Street location for a few years now. The staff here are all local people who just want to do a good job. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity when we talk to our clients or suppliers. We just speak plainly and try to be honest about what’s happening with the projects. It can get quite warm in Porur, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can. It’s a bit of a lived-in office, with some old furniture and a lot of history. We like it that way because it feels more personal. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything fancy. We are just here to do our part in the construction world and make sure the business keeps running smoothly from our little corner of Chennai. It's enough for us.
