Sankara Eye Hospital

This eye hospital is located at No.1 Third Cross Street in Sri Sankara Nagar which is in the Pammal area. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Most people in Pammal know where we are if they ever have trouble with their eyes. The hospital sits on the corner of the street and it’s a pretty busy place most of the time. We spend our days doing eye exams and helping people with their vision problems. The interior is simple with rows of chairs for the patients and desks for the staff to handle all the paperwork. We don't use any of those big marketing slogans here because we are just a local eye hospital doing our work. The morning starts with a lot of cleaning and getting the equipment ready for the first set of patients. Sri Sankara Nagar is a quiet enough area but the hospital itself can get quite loud when it's full of people. We see everyone from young children to the very elderly. It is just a standard routine of checking eyes and writing out prescriptions or scheduling surgeries. The staff works in shifts to make sure there is always someone available to help. We don't have a lot of fancy extras but we have what is needed to take care of eyes. It's just a practical workplace where we try to be useful to the people living in Pammal.
